Your post about Les Miles is generally accurate.
He was a great guy, great recruiter and ran a clean program.
with the talent he assembled he was able to average almost 10 wins a season.
He was horrible on game day, unable to manage the clock, manage or keep up with first downs and unable to make adjustments on offense. At times it was spectacular.
Yet, he managed one of the best programs in the country and did so as a class act.
