Hand is lacking something. Idk if he's slow, or has a horrible first step...but nothing about him is dynamic or gives OL trouble. And I hate it because he's such an awesome kid.

I've noticed that too. He seems to always be the last man out of his stance.

He just doesn't seem to have that killer instinct that our former great DLineman have had
