it most certainly does not. no matter how hard you stir that nesquik, there's always some floating on the top. it's delicious though.

Use less powder.

Fill glass 1/2 with ice cold milk. Scoop in your delicious chocolate powder. Stir until mostly dissolved. Top off with more ice cold milk. Stir until all dissolved. Drink. Go to personal nirvana.

You either dont know how to stir right or you have problems with portion control.
