You seem to remember a lot about that boring season.
Since every play that year lead up to that exciting game and win for the National Championship, I'd say they were all important. I was in the Dome for that game and it was all electric. Langham's play didn't count as the interception because of the offside penalty but it took away a huge gain, maybe even a touchdown for Miami. It was big and it was beautiful.

Other than Langham's pick six in the Iron Bowl and David Palmer coming off his DUI suspension and taking a punt for a TD against LA Tech, what other exciting plays can you recall from that season?
1. Antonio Langham's pick six in the SEC Championship Game.
2. George Teague's pick six in the Sugar Bowl.
3. Antonio Langham's blocked punt for a TD against Mississippi State.
4. Derrick Lassic's first touchdown run against Arkansas.
5. David Palmer's first punt return in the Sugar Bowl
6. Chris Anderson's performance against LSU.
7. Derrick Lassic's performance against Tennessee.
8. Jay Barker's first TD pass against Ole Miss.
Just to name a few off the top of my head.

My best guess for the Hogs would be one or both of the 7 OT games.

Fitting that for Bama it's a national championship game (93 Sugar Bowl for me) but for Awbs, it's a fluke play to beat Bama.

But to answer the OP's question, I'm still going to go with the '93 Sugar Bowl as the most iconic win for Alabama in the CCG era. It was a game no one gave us a chance to win. Not only did we win the game, we ended Miami's dynasty in a 21-point rout.

2008 upset over Tebow's UF was a huge win for us. The Nutt era was an interesting time.
I was watching the game in a Florida fans house, I'll never forget that melt
I have the utmost respect for Tebow though... A great athlete and an even greater man.

In their defense, they too have a national title that was won during the time period. But the Kick6 is obviously regarded as the most unbelievable play in college football history (just ahead of Flutie's Hail Mary and the kickoff returned into the Stanford band). While beating Bama is obviously a big deal to Auburn fans, its the PLAY that makes their 2013 win the most iconic for them even more so than the opponent.
Had the kick6 ocurred against any other opponent ranked in the Top 5 (whether it been LSU, Georgia, Florida, etc.) at the time for a clinched birth in the SEC Title Game, it still would be their most iconic win because of the nature of the play.

As amazing as Teague's running down the UM receiver and stripping the ball, it was a free play, because the Bama defense was offside.
But Teague stripping the ball was incredibly important. If he had simply tackled Lamar Thomas, or if Thomas had scored, the penalty would have been declined and Miami would have had some heavy momentum. It was a critical play.

Exactly. The D was going to be penalized but if the outcome is a huge gain or a score then it is declined. Miami took the yards for the penalty but it was way bigger than that for Alabama.

Teague was a bad man. He is at one point 7 yards behind that Miami receiver, who was considered the fastest player in college football that year, and he not only runs him down, but takes the ball away from him.

I hear you but you think if it happened against UTC or Samford they'd still say that? I don't think so.

When Tebow made his speech, I was like, DAMN! Chances are OU wins out it'll be against Florida. OU had the talent, but not an outspoken leader like Tebow.
Ole Miss was rather decent as well.

To me, that officially was the birth of the Saban Monster. With Michigan State his win over Ohio State in 1998 started the pulse, the 2001 SEC title started the process and the 2003 NC made it official.

The most iconic thing that happened in the '93 Sugar bowl is when the '92 Heisman winner called his final time out. With 9:38 left. IN THE THIRD QUARTER! Went to the Miami bench and asked for toilet paper and glasses because he was so confused he didn't know whether to sh!t or go blind. From that point on his a$$ was grass and Bama was a lawnmower.
Game, set, match. With 9:38 left in the third quarter.

GTFO - Lamar Thomas was considered the fastest player in college football? Miami alone had 3 WR's (Kevin Williams, Horace Copeland and AC Tellison) that were faster. They also had 2 LB's and 5 DB's that had faster 40 times.
