All Around Athlete to me means a player who excels playing multiple sports. Walker was a great College athlete and so to was Bo.
However Bo was the better All Around Athlete due to him excelling in both football and baseball at the professional level.

Herschel also fought MMA at 50, and he was on the Olympic bobsled team
