Okay, well, we've actually got a lot going on in this department, so we need a thread this year! I'll be using the 247 Composite ratings since they compile the major recruiting services rankings to get a broader sample on each player.

Kicker Note: Kohl's kicker rankings have Rice at 9th in the country with him having won kicking competitions at camps for FGs with one of 60+ and KOs with one of 80+. Obviously, those numbers are in camp situations, not live game situations, so take them with the whole shaker of salt.
