Next year's NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament has 4 of the 8 Round 1 & 2 games in states on California's travel ban (Kansas, Texas, North Carolina and Tennessee).
If I were the NCAA, I would pay no attention to their ban and put them wherever they normally would go....then let them swim in their own hypocrisy when they ignore their own ban.

Considering "genders don't play sports, athletes do", I doubt you'll get much comeuppance from the NCAA
