I think it was in the Mal Moore athletic facility parking lot, not on the highway

Your not supposed to drive around a parking lot with them either. Trust me, I know. Got in trouble when I was 12 for it

The picture of the windshield he went thru tells me somebody was going wayyyyy too fast to be in a parking lot.
