Well Auburn won the division, league and went to the national title game in 2013, so, not exactly.

2013 - #2 Auburn, #7 Alabama, #14 LSU, #18 Texas A&M
2014 - #4 Alabama, #11 Mississippi State, #17 Ole Miss, #22 Auburn
2015 - #1 Alabama, #10 Ole Miss, #16 LSU
2016 - #2 Alabama, #13 LSU, #24 Auburn
The west has been pretty mediocre in 2015 & 2016, but it was a pretty good division in 2013 & 2014.

Dude's gone off the rails. Take away Bama and the rest of the West, which apparently sucks, still went 7-5 against the East in 2016. 10-2 in 2015. 8-4 in 2013.
I can keep going, I won't, but I could.
