The worst part is the rest of your coaching staff are now lame duck coaches. They will not recruit or develop your current players because it's a waste of time to them. They will be more concerned with trying to land a new job after this season.
You will miss an entire years worth of recruiting. Plus you will have transfers and decommitments from players that were previously recruited.
I learned this the hard way when Petrino was fired.

The best thing that Ole Miss fans can hope for is if this team and coaches rally together with an us against the world attitude. If players and coaches are already thinking about where there next stop is going to be then it's going to be an ugly season for Ole Miss.
