Are we talking exclusively to a 20+ game sport? Because if it's football, would you really trust Kiffin to coach in place of Saban for 480 minutes of the season? In football having a coach suspended is seasonal suicide.
Other sports it's a non factor and quite frankly very dumb.

I guess it depends on how much you really think I had coach affects the outcome of a game let alone a season.
I personally don't believe that they really affect the game all that much like I said unless they're directly calling plays.
