Ted Turner owns a bunch of that land too. I know a dude who's been a fishing guide around there over 30 years and he says the Turners used to throw big New World Order Illuminati parties out on their private island and hunt Gullahs for sport and do all kinds of satanic rituals.
He donated a bunch of land back to the Gullahs a while back as supposedly a good deed charity thing. But it waas probably just a pay-off to keep them quiet about all that evil stuff though.

T Turner owned (owns?) and island out there somewhere that was for sale. It was like $15M or something stupid like that.
