Yes, let's look at the facts.

Fact #1 - Ole Miss admits that Barney set Leo up with a booster

Fact #2 - Ole Miss left out most, if not all of the NCAA's exhibits in their response to the NOA....I wonder why?

Fact #3 - Leo Lewis successfully described the booster's car and physical appearance in his interview

Fact #4 - Leo and the boosters met on multiple occasions (I guess they met up to talk about coffee and the weather)

Fact #5 - Leo admitted that Ole Miss and another institution paid him money

Fact #6 - Ole Miss accepted the majority of Leo's testimony.

Fact #7 - Since the NCAA blew everything up and started over with the new penalty matrix, the charges have stuck over 90% of the time.

Anyone that thinks this charge is going to get thrown out is either a very stupid human being or very loyal to Ole Miss. He messed up some details 6 months to a year after the event happened. I can't even remember what I ate for breakfast yesterday. The NCAA granted immunity to corroborate the evidence. They aren't going on testimony alone.

Fans on their indy boards think they are just getting the self imposed sanctions and that the investigation is coming to Starkville

According to Wolken the NCAA COI has agreed with the investigators 95% of the time since the new matrix came out. The bare minimum punishment for Ole Miss with their ludicrous amount of Level 1's, that OM isn't even contesting, will have OM running out of scholarships to penalize. Their current matrix can't handle something as egregious as this case. That is crazy! That's why the NCAA was quoted as saying that everything is on the table, including the DP, for this case. That may be the only option they have to cover all Level 1's.
