Healthy black men pretty much look the same from the age of 17-18 well into their 40s and sometimes 50s. I'm routinely amazed by how well they age when they take care of themselves. I had a new patient last week who was a marathon runner, dude was 57 and could have passed for 25 if not for the gray facial hair.
