If we go high school again, the prospect probably wont be ready for 4 years minimum.

Lets say we take a college arm this year. That guy isnt going to have the ceiling that the high school arm has, especially JB, who many think will be a high leverage reliever because of his size, and how he pitches. That guy probably wont be ready until late 2018 at the earliest. Well, by the time he is ready, we will already have Sims, Newcomb, Allard, Fried, Weigel, and maybe more guys that will be ready as well. I dont understand the strategy.

Now if there was a college bat that was thought of that high, I might feel differently, but there isnt one this year according to scouts, although I do love Jake Berger from Missouri State, and I think he is a top 5 player in the draft, but he isnt going that early.
