Not at all. To me this is about the right to protest AND protecting free speech. The moment the government starts singling groups out for protection and prosecution as well as starts making the right to protest a felony we've entered Orwell land.

The felony is designed to prohibit suppression of free speech ,or in other words protect free speech. Why don't you see that? Surely you don't approve of what those punks are doing at Cal Berkeley? The new law is designed to prevent that.
