I know some like to razz the Texas A&M entry into the SEC, but I think it was a great move for all parties.
Sooner or later, Texas A&M will break out, just maybe not under this coach. But all of those upgrades to the program will yield dividends. Texas is getting boosts by trying to get big name coaches, but unless those turn into positive results, I think they keep sliding down.
Texas A&M will be an appealing job.
I just don't see the SEC wanting OU at this point. I don't see how it would be mutually beneficial.
I feel kind of sorry for OU. They get screwed by Texas and state politics.
But honestly, the SEC should risk getting any of the STDs Texas has passed along.
