No to make the Longhorn Network. Texas asked the Big 12 if they could before they did it. The problem is what they asked for isn't what they ended up doing.

At the end of the day it is you doing the moaning, as even without knowing as much as I do most college football fans see Texas as the villain in this whole thing. You have to live with that fact, not me.
