Only difference seems to be the year prior Texas played for a natty, and Tennessee has registered some mighty impressive 8-4 regular seasons in back to back years

-Texas has gotten a worse or equal record to the year preceding it since 2012
-Haven't finished ranked since 2012
-They fired their coach last season
-Worst recruiting class in history coming in
-Boosters have the AD by the balls, moreso than at other schools
They will be back within the next couple years under Herman but you cant argue that Texas has been
the past couple years while at the very least Tennessee has stabilized
