Todd Walker has a 0.00000% chance of making the MLB HOF. Belle won't either. He should, but won't due to his career getting cut short due to his back and the fact that he was one of the more unlikable players during the time he played. He didn't win the MVP in 1995 over Mo Vaughn because he was so disliked.
