Point is, because of the charges against eh, I am talking about that particular substance and the repercussions or lack thereof that come with its usage. It's really not the drug itself that is the problem but rather the laws designed to exploit its victimless users in an obvious attempt to benefit law enforcement agencies.

I'm (again) not disagreeing with the premise of your argument. I'm just saying you have to play ball in the ballpark in which you live....and this is where we're at. The laws are what they are until something changes. And let's be honest, even if it was legal, smoking it inside the building would've still gotten him negative attention.
