I am also not talking about the Synthetic man made substance that led to that issue, nor am I talking about lsd or cocaine or heroin or ketamine or OxyContin.

And yet, what you are talking about is still a psycho-altering, illegal substance. Again, I'm not advocating that it should be. I am reiterating what it is.

EH doesn't need excuses made for him. He needs to learn from the experience and move forward, making better choices. I don't want him suspended, but I know that's the policy. I do agree that that needs to be changed.

Point is, because of the charges against eh, I am talking about that particular substance and the repercussions or lack thereof that come with its usage. It's really not the drug itself that is the problem but rather the laws designed to exploit its victimless users in an obvious attempt to benefit law enforcement agencies.
