re: Where would you be born if you could choose on each continent

Went to Belize on my honeymoon. It will always hold a place in my heart for that reason, and it was an awesome place. English speaking first, Portuguese, Spanish and creole follow.

But idk if I'd choose it over all of south and Central America...
