I keep forgetting we have a playoff thread on tArk I'm on so many different boards/sites when the Spurs are in the playoffs (translation: mostly bitching about shite on ST or PtR ), it's hard to keep it straight.

Great win for Houston in game 1. Solid win for us in game 2. With Tony out, the entire tenor of the series changes. Game 3 should be a Houston win. Not a must-win, but if the Spurs find a way to beat them in Houston our first game without TP, that means Pop has found something very good.

No, I think Houston wins tonight, but the type of win is what's going to matter going forward. If it's another game 1-style blowout, I think this series is over. If it's a close game throughout, we might still have something competitive on our hands.

Gonna be interesting.

If SA wins tonight then it completely negates game 1 and turns game 4 into a must win. I think Parker going out is going to hurt (captain obvious, I know). But Patty is a solid replacement, but who's going to replace Patty? Who's going to be the offense when Claw sits? I really think the Rockets second team can outplay the Spurs enough to be the difference in the game. Lou hasn't been good yet and Splash had a nice 3rd (if I am remembering right) in game 1. If they get hot, watch out.

I am a little worried about our health too. Harden wasn't the same after he took a spill on a layout. I thought it was an ankle, but I think I read hip. Regardless that is going to prevent him from driving or staying in front of his defender. Anderson looks to have reinjured his wrist. Its hard to launch 29' 3s with any accuracy when you got a bum wrist.
