No one has ever thought Gus a QB mastermind. He was thought to be a master playcaller with a new system. Those 2 aren't true anymore and to Gus's credit he's finally recognized it and looks to have adjusted. I saw same run scheme but with RPO built over top

Now whether he sticks with Lindsey during tough times still needs to be seen but I am happy with adjustments made this spring

As for transfers it doesn't bother me. He has struggled evaluating high school QB talent and developing it but does great evaluating JUCO options and recruiting them. Whatever works

Give Gus talent at QB he can score. Problem is he can't seem to get it out of high school himself

JJ was not developed or could not be developed. Gus' problem was recruiting HS QBs.

The list below is our HS QB recruits.

2016 - Woody Barrett (3 Star)
2015 - Tyler Queen (3 Star), injured not highly recruited
2014 - Sean White (4 STAR), but not highly recruited, only offers were Cincinnati, Florida International, Hawaii, Houston, Miami (OHIO), South Florida, Syracuse, Wake, W. Kentucky, West Virginia.
2013 - Jeremy Johnson (4 Star)

JUCO:
2013 Nick Marshall (3 Star) - Did well
2016 JFIII (NOT A QB)
2017 Stidham (4 Star)
