I know. I included the link for that reason. I just assumed that simply linking the letter would result in calls for the text. Give it a few and I will edit the quote.
Edit: reformatted. I noticed when I was fixing the formatting that almost every paragraph ends in an exclamation point. For some reason, that strikes me as simultaneously annoying and disingenuous. The AD is not a hype man for the department.
