Was it? A foul wasn't called. 30 seconds went off the clock and they went back and called a foul. Ive never seen that done before. Ive seen a foul called and a review to see if it was a flagrant - but never a review to see if it was a foul.

No. A flagrant foul is something intentional. She was looking at the ball and never was intentional
