Les was stubborn to the point that it hindered any type of evolution into current offensive schemes. He is "old man" football and for some reason he never had enough trust in his OC to let go of the reigns. I think deep down he wanted to let go, he was just incapable.

Oh well, Canada will either be a huge improvement or he'll be mediocre. Either way LSU benefits because the offense won't be predictable and stale.

Serious question: Is there any articles or statements that address this that were made by Les or Cam?

It certainly seems he had a strong impact on the offensive side the ball regardless of how he did it but the HC/Coordinator relationship always intrigues me because every fan base reaches a movement when they have to find someone to blame. Arkansas fans have experienced this in regards to Enos. When we see a play or series that seems out of character for him many think Bert had a part to play in controlling the play calling.
