We needed to move on from Les. We didn't need to settle for a DL coach no one else wanted, when we have a top 10 program nationally.
I'm all for rooting for Coach O, obviously. But you're lying to yourself or dumb if you try to tell yourself O has done anything magnificent yet. He's signed a top class, which is to be expected here. His on the field results, 6-2 with the most talented LSU team since 2012, were nothing spectacular considering our only impressive win was an outmatched Louisville and we lost to a depleted and outmatched Florida team. And you can blame the UF loss on Guice, but we should have never even been in that situation. If it was Les, we would have his head for it.

TBH that game was on Donte. Instead of tackling, he went for the ball and lost, giving up their only TD, and he fumbled, giving them a cheap FG. That was 10 of their 16 points.
