If the final penalties are anywhere close to what we've self imposed, I will positively shocked.

We had coaches texting players about money. "We agreed on an amount and that keeps changing. I don't have a mechanism for handling these requests that keep coming up." or whatever it was.

We deserve the death penalty for this exchange, on its own.
