dad's paternal line traces back to south Carolina. my great great great grandfather moved to mizzouri when freed. then when his grandson cheated on his wife and had a kid with someone else he then took his wife / my grandmother and moved to little rock to start over. i found all this out when i met the bastardized side of my family at my granfathers funeral for the first time.
