Being below 40% doesn't mean one is "terrible," but the elite shooters are typically above that mark. JR Smith is shooting slightly below the mark, and so is Malik Monk. The difference is obvious.



I never thought saying Malik Monk isn't an elite shooter would draw this much attention. He isn't
