Then you consider JR Smith a terrible shooter

Also, Ray Allen one of the greatest shooters of all time shot 40% exactly from three.

Reggie Miller was under 40%

-.5 from 40, especially considering that slump Monk's been in="low percentage shooter"?

OK

So I guess percentage points will drop Monk down several spots in the draft, as now he's all of a sudden considered a bad shooter.

And that's not how they evaluate college guys anyway with their perimeter shot.
