Nope. West Coasters may refer to them as SC. If you said to me "who does USC play this saturday?" Id reply "I dont follow the Pac 10 sorry"

I prefer SC to USC honestly.

But we don't get the benefit of the doubt for either.

It's always SCar or S Carolina

Which I don't really mind. Who cares? It's just an acronym
