I posted this in another thread

-Make the NCAAT once every 3/4 years. This is a box that Fox can technically check off since he has 2 in 8 years, but it's worth nothing that with teams that he himself recruited he has 1 appearance in the last 6 years.
-If we make the tourney, just win 1 game! Fox has not done that.
-If we can't make the tourney and settle for the NIT, at least make a run. Fox has never won more than 1 NIT game. In 2 of this 3 NIT losses we were the higher seeded team.

I don't think 1a )making the tourney with some regularity, 1b) winning a tourney game, 2)winning a few NIT games is all that much of a stretch, do you? Nobody is saying we need to make the final 4 every other season.

And this is from back in January, and kind of in the vein of what you are talking about WG:

We never have really done that with any frequency. I'd love to do more than that and if we landed 5 of the top 10 players in GA every year, we probably would. I feel we can find a coach that can change our culture enough to remedy that, I'd be the first to kick Fox in the nuts on his way out.
