The "manage the program and let coordinators do their jobs" style has worked very well for Dabo at Clemson. He sells the program, is the face, recruits like hell, hires good people and lets them work.
I think that Coach O is on a similar track.

The energy is completely different which is a major difference compared to Miles. I used to attend practices that could've put some to sleep. Those days are over.
He's also reignited the alumni base with open arms, allowing previous players to attend practice, talk to the team, Tiger Walk on gameday, etc.
He's done all the right things so far..but until he wins the first game in November, whether fair or not, the seat will be warm.
