Alabama's development of talent and coaching exceeds that of NFL coaching. It's a testament to Bama's coaching that they got so much out of such talentless players.

It's the opposite of LSU. Players languish in mediocre coaching and subpar development at LSU, which is why guys like Odell explode once they are in the NFL. They can finally shake off the shackles of bad coaching at LSU.

But I though Saban wouldn't have been as successful had he stayed at LSU? I mean, if he is the best at "coaching players up" and LSU has better talent than Bama...
