Dear NCAA, please reduce the number of basketball timeouts.

For a game that is so face paced, the last few seconds of a close game can seem like an eternity.

I thought they already cut timeouts from 5 to 4 for the game a while back.

It is partly done in the name of safety so it will never happen.

Saban wants safety in all SEC sports....timeouts and slow play is what he ordered
