I agree. IMG would be much more likely to have a negative effect on states that are losing their recruits to them than it would have a positive effect on Florida's recruiting ranking.

Louisiana has been know for producing nfl talent for a long time. Not just over 1 year, producing college talent. Come on bro.

You could split Florida in two, and both halfs of the state would still rank above Texas.
