8 running backs, including Hurd, produced 3.7 or fewer yards per carry in 2017. Hurd is the only one who had a teammate who had more than 3.7 yards per carry, which was obviously Kamara with 5.79. Coaching. Malpractice.
Kamara was maybe the most explosive back in the conference alongside Guice, yet he only had >15 carries in a game THREE TIMES AT TENNESSEE.
When Hurd sat out against A&M last October, Kamara got his first start ever at Tennessee and rushed 18 times for 127 yards 2 touchdowns along with 8 catches for 161 yards and a touchdown.
