LSU had the other Purdue transfer and it was a team not cohesive from the getgo...firing Miles who recruited all of them had an effect.

I wouldnt use LSU as an example...UGA had loads of talent but a true frosh QB in a "throwaway" season for them. They will be better perhaps...actually, they have to be better if you look at their weak azz schedule.

Del Rio? I dont care if he starts...as long as r/s frosh are ready...which I think isnt as easy as a lot of fans think. Danny and Rex both struggled as r/s frosh...but everyone has blinders and think a r/s year is going to make our QBs world beaters. Mac will make the decision based on what he sees in practice.

Oh...had to edit because I forgot to mention another QB, Toney and he may be the spark we need to get more rushing yds and surprise with a pass or two or three. He could be lethal...time will tell.
