I like how calm he is, his reflexes and how he actually reads the field. You can also tell he's got high football IQ by some of the throws he elects.

The only drawback is that sometimes he underthrows, but it's not like we haven't had that for a while -- he at least seems to have the capacity, and maybe he just underestimates.
