I can vouch for this. My first scotch was this. It's good stuff coming from a bourbon guy

Agreed for sure. Bourbon is typically my drink but the Balvenie was a good scotch intro. Have been trying some of the peaty stuff now but wouldn't have liked them as much at first I don't think.
