Curious what the attendance numbers will be with nothing to play for ...
Will people drive in from Houston and Atlanta and Nashville all these weekends and blow through thousands of dollars ?

As long as they win people will still come to games. It wasn't til the end of the Coach O and Nutt era that fans finally stopped coming.

I reckon I'll still buy my season tickets and come to the games. My heart isn't in it though.

I find it hard to wrap my mind around this "nothing to play for" mentality shared by some. Outside of a national championship there's basically as much to play for as ever. How about the possibility of 12 regular season wins? That would be 3 more regular season wins than we've ever had. For me, that's plenty to play for. Plenty. The idea that we are only playing for a national championship and not a host of other factors the players really play for every single week is bogus.

The NCAA is Goodell and we're New England. This is going to be fun.

Still going to the games regardless. If we lose fan support, our program will be gone for a long time.
