I'll be honest, not wearing your hat backwards isn't that insane a rule. It sounds that way in 2017, but I think we all had coaches/managers who felt that way (to be frank, I still kind of feel that way, but I'm basically a hybrid 1945 baseball man with a 2017 love for analytics).
That isn't a huge deal to me. The making up random rules during the year to just sort of show you are the boss and fvck with kids is really stupid.

I was all for giving him another year, until the alumni thing happened. It's one thing to be a hard nosed coach, but to disrespect alumni is just a prick move. We don't need that type of coach in our athletic department.
