re: SEC'S most liked team?

I think it's us just because we're genteel enough to admit the fact that we suck at football but Southern enough to admit that we care about the fact that we suck at football. We're not one of those sissified Yankee schools who pretend they don't wish they were better at God's game. That's 90 years of proper SEC breedin' there.

Edit: If you ever meet a Vandy fan who claims not to care about football, you have my permission to slap him and say, "Begone, pretentious prevaricating varlet" if it's a guy and reject her sexual advances if it's a girl.
