There's no viable way to combat the money stream that said parties generate to stay relevant, so k9st folks ensconce themselves in one camp or another. Otherwise you're wasting your vote/time. The GOP and the dems have a stranglehold on the current political system. That's really not up for debate. Just the system we have to work within for the foreseeable future.
