Baseball question for LSU fans regarding TOPS

A few questions: Can someone explain what exactly is happening with TOPS? Is it being shut down completely or just reduced? When will these cuts go into effect? What sort of impact do you believe it will have on recruiting? State and Ole miss do fine without scholarships like this, just wondering if y'all are expecting any sort of impact on the athletic side. TIA

LSU baseball is like Bama football, there is always a hidden scholarship for our boys

it's being partially cut, so it'll hurt to an extent. I don't think it'll be a deal breaker though for the majority of prospects. they typically come from upper middle class families anyway
