I actually think this team is going to shock some people and win some games that it shouldnt in SEC play.
We have a ton of freshmen with talent, and there's going to be nights that they put it all together, and we are going to look good.
There's also going to be nights where we play well, and Stricklin screws us over with some bonehead decisions.
Then there is going to be nights where we just get shite on.
A good coach is going to have this team in the right spot in a year or two.

I mean this team hasn't looked lost since the first 2 games against CofC. Every loss since than has been by 1 run; that's 4 games that a more veteran team probably finds a way to win (or in the case of a few of them, to not lose).
Unfortunately, I think it takes another coach to get all that can be gotten out of this team (and make no mistake there is some good talent here) so I'm not making any big pronouncements on postseason play. But I do at least feel oddly better watching this squad play than I did the past 3 years; there is a much higher and more evident ceiling with this group than with anything else Stricklin has put on the field.
