It's smart to have them because it usually takes a candidate or possibility off the board for another SEC team looking for a coach. Only way to get one of our guys is through promotion and not the same title so it helps the assistants continue up the ladder. Like I said earlier if any coach is truly interested in pursuing another job they can always talk with Bret about it.
